At Wedding Veils by Pat Giuliano, we strive for the highest standards in workmanship and quality. As such, we guarantee that you will be thrilled with the workmanship and quality of your veil.
As veils are so delicate and easily damaged, we will exchange the veil for another one if the veil has a defect. You must email us first, within 3 days of receiving the veil, and advise us of your situation. You must post the veil back to us within 7 days of receiving it, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. The postage costs are your responsibility.
If you would like to exchange the veil for a different one, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. You must email us first, and then post the veil back to us, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. The postage costs are your responsibility. Please note: a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply for exchanges. For example, you purchased an ivory veil, and would like to exchange it for a white one.
A refund will only be given in the event that the veil is defective. We do not give refunds if you have simply changed your mind. You must email us first, and then post the veil back to us, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. The postage costs are your responsibility. Custom orders: Our policy for custom order veils is strictly no refund. This is simply because you have ordered a veil to your specific requirements, and it is custom made for you. We will be happy to exchange the veil only in the case of a defect. To avoid any disappointment, we suggest requesting sample swatches before ordering, to be sure that the colour / edging will match your gown.
