How do I place an order for my veil?
To order one of the veils in our collection, first select the veil of your choice, then simply place your order by clicking on the item, and proceeding through the checkout. You can select custom options for your veil, such as colour, veil comb edge and type of crystals or beads. You will be required to submit certain information, such as your name, address and payment method.
How do I place an order for a custom veil?
To order a custom designed veil, you will need to email us with a description of the veil you would like, and we will then reply with a quote for the veil. Custom veils cannot be ordered through the shopping cart.
Are my personal details kept confidential?
Please be assured that your personal details will remain strictly confidential. The information you provide us with is used strictly for the purposes of completing your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) and Electronic Direct Deposit.
For credit card payments, please complete a credit card payment form, and then fax it back to us. Our fax no. is shown at the bottom of the form. The credit card payment form is located at this address:

We also accept credit card payments securely online, via our safe and secure server. This is the easy way to pay online.
For payments by Electronic Direct Deposit, our banking details will be listed at the bottom of your order. If ordering a custom veil, we will email you the banking details.
How will my veil be posted? How much is postage / handling?
Your veil will be carefully packaged and posted securely by Registered Post, except for Rush Orders which are sent by Express Post. Our postage rates include the packaging.
Postage and handling costs are as follows (within Australia):
Registered Post $10.95
Express Post $14.50
Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail.
Do you post veils overseas?
Yes we post our veils internationally. You will need to email us to order from overseas and we will then email you shipping rates and delivery time frame. You will need to pay for your veil using Paypal. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars. For currency conversion, you can use this website: www.ozforex.com.au
What is your time frame for delivery of veils?
Our normal delivery time frame is approx. 2-3 weeks for unbeaded veils, and 3-4 weeks for some of our beaded veils (within Australia). Custom veils take from 2-4 weeks, depending on the veil ordered.
I need my veil in a hurry, as my wedding day is approaching. Can I have my veil sooner?
Yes of course! You will need to place a Rush Order, for delivery within 1 week. (Some beaded veils take around 14 days as a Rush Order.) Simply select "Rush Order" in the shopping cart when placing your order.
As this is a specialty service we provide, there is a Rush Order Fee of $27.50 for this service, and we will post your veil by Express Post.
Do your veils have a comb at the top?
Yes, all our veils come with a clear plastic comb which is sewn at the top of the veil, for easy placement in your hair. The veil comb edge can be beaded for you as an optional extra, giving your veil a lovely finish at the top. You can view all our Veil Comb Options on the Veil Info page.
My veil has some small creases or static in it. How do I remove them?
When you receive your veil, there may be some small creases and / or static, which have formed during transit. We suggest ordering your veil well in advance of your wedding, to allow the creases / static to naturally drop out. You should hang your veil as soon as you receive it, rather than leaving it in the box. There are more suggestions for veil care and crease removal on the Veil Info page.
